3. Member will not use a VMH e-mail address for spamming. If we

5. You may terminate your account at any time. Please send
   your "@vanessamae.com" or "@martyfriedman.com" e-mail address to 
   "delete@vanessamae.com". We will delete your account immediately.

6. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any accounts for 
   any reason without notice.

7. You agree not to hold us responsible for data loss of or interruption
